I've learned that when I pause, connect with my breath, and tune into my thoughts and heart, stress melts away. Even the smallest moments become sources of gratitude, answers feel clearer, and life regains its balance.

Hello and Welcome!
Whether you’re new here or have been walking this path with me for a while, I’m so glad you’re here.
Your Mind Fully Present is back—with simple tools, heartfelt (and sometimes comical) reflections, and fun updates to help you navigate life with more ease, joy, and empowerment.
I’ve taken a long pause (pun intended) since my last newsletter. In that time, I’ve earned new certifications, worked with more clients, and deepened my own practice. These experiences continue to add meaning and richness to everything I share.
As many of you know, energy work, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, yoga, and sound healing have become true passions of mine. I’ve seen how these practices gently support healing and transformation—not only in my life, but in the lives of my family, students, and clients.
It’s an honor to share what I’ve learned. My hope is that these tools help you feel more grounded, supported, and empowered in your own journey—whether that’s through healing, parenting, work, or play.
