Created by author and mindfulness coach Annie Ranger, RYT, RMT, Kids Mindfulness Day brings the lessons of Mindful Owl Adventures off the page and into everyday life. From breathing and visualization to gratitude and loving-kindness, the practices woven into the story come to life through playful experiences that spark real growth and connection.

It’s a day for kids to feel their inner superpowers—and begin using them with confidence.

Annie Ranger, RYT, RMT
Author of Mindful Owl Adventures, certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, and mindfulness coach.

Annie’s heart-led work blends storytelling, movement, and evidence-based mindfulness to support the whole child—mind, body, and spirit. She helps kids trust their emotions, connect with their inner wisdom, and make choices with calm and clarity.
