The Book and Workshops
Kids learn how to embrace their emotions and harness their own power through mindfulness in a fun and creative way. By reading the interactive award winning book or by taking one of our workshops, kids will learn mindfulness tools such as: breathing techniques, mindful listening and speaking, mindful eating, how to open their hearts to send love and how to visualize. These tools help kids stand in their own power.
We also offer meditation and reiki geared for kids.
