Support for Big Emotions & Inner Calm

Children experience big emotions and often don’t yet have the tools to understand or manage them.

Mindful Owl Adventures offers simple, supportive ways for kids and families to pause, breathe, and move through those moments with more calm, confidence, and a sense of connection.

Through storytelling, breath, visualization, and gentle practices, children learn to feel safe in their bodies, understand their emotions, and begin building their own inner sense of calm.

Part story, part mindfulness toolkit, Mindful Owl Adventures introduces children to simple, science-based tool they can use every day, helping them move through big emotions, build confidence, and develop a stronger sense of inner balance.

The Book 

Mindful Owl Adventures is an award-winning children’s book that blends storytelling with mindfulness practices to help kids feel inner calm, confident, connected and empowered.

The expanded edition includes a mini guide with guided practices, supportive tools, and bonus content to encourage calm, confidence, and emotional awareness in everyday life.

What began as a simple bedtime story for my children became a meaningful way to help children and families navigate emotions, build connection, and discover the calm, strength, love, and kindness within themselves.
