The sessions can help open your heart, release blocks and negative energy, get guidance, help calm, restore balance and peace among other benefits. Tap into your body and consciousness and raise your vibration by becoming aware of your thoughts and emotions. Learn to release and transmute blocks and energy that no longer serve you. Each meditation or journey will cover a specific theme, or healing and include healing sound frequencies.
